Simple Steps of My Placenta Encapsulation Service​

1. ​Contact me to ask any questions and book your due date into my calendar. Make sure to let your birth team know your desire to keep your placenta and to include it in your birth plan.
   
2. Within 72 hours of giving birth, contact me to arrange placenta pick-up or drop-off. Keep your placenta in the fridge or cooler, in a sealed zip lock bag or container.
   
3. I will prepare the placenta capsules following the Traditional Chinese Method (TCM) by gently cleaning, steaming, dehydrating, powdering and encapsulating in vegetable gelatin capsules.
   
4. I will drop off the capsules to your home or have your family member pick them up.
   
5. The capsules are delivered back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
